Login Help

If you are experiencing difficulties logging in. It may be because of temporary internet files, cache or cookies stored within your browser. It may even be because of the privacy settings set within your browsers preferences. To adjust these settings, please select your browser below.


- Internet Explorer


- Mozilla Firefox


- Google Chrome


- Safari



Internet Explorer


1. Start up Internet Explorer.


2. Select Tools.



3. Select Internet Options.



4. Locate the Browsing History.



5. Select Delete.

6. Select the appropriate boxes then select Delete.



If this does not solve the issue, there may be a problem within your browsers Security Settings.
To adjust these settings, please follow the steps below.


1. Start up Internet Explorer.


2. Select Tools.



3. Select Internet Options.



4. Locate & Select the Privacy tab at the top of the menu.



5. You may need to adjust the level of privacy within your privacy to allow yourself access to the vTeam Site. Do this by dragging the slider up or down to the desired level of privacy.


Note: High Secutity levels may prevent access to vTeam.


6. Select OK down the bottom of the menu to finalize and try logging in again.

Mozilla Firefox


1. Start up Mozilla Firefox.


2. Select Tools.

Windows Mac

3. Find & Select the Privacy Icon.



4. Select clear your recent history.



5. Select the drop down menu and select everything.

6. Select all boxes in the dropdown.



7. Select Clear now.


# It will direct you back to the panel below.



8. Select remove individual cookies.


9. Select remove all cookies.



Finalize your session and try again.

Google Chrome


1. Start Google Chrome.


2. Locate the Settings icon.



3. Select Preferences.



4. Select Under The Hood.



5. Select Clear browsing data.



6. Select the following boxes below, then select Clear browsing data.



Finalize your session and try again.

Safari


1. Start Safari.


2. Select Safari from the top left hand corner, then select Prefences.



3. Select the Security Tab along the top panel.



4. Locate the Cookies Menu and select Show Cookies.



5. Select Remove All to remove all cookies stored within your browser .



Finalize your session and try again.
